Therapy Services
I work with individuals, couples and groups navigating transition, trauma, attachment wounds, and the everyday weight of displacement, marginalization, and loss.
Individual Therapy
A space that belongs entirely to you.
Whatever you're carrying: a transition, a history that still shapes you, a feeling of being unmoored, I’ll work at your pace, in your language. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I'm here to walk alongside you as you understand yourself more fully and reconnect with the stories that are truly yours.
Depending on what you need, I draw from trauma-informed and somatic approaches, mindfulness, expressive and creative arts techniques, and more.
Standard session: 45-50 minutes | $200
EMDR & Lifespan Integration sessions: 90 minutes | $320
-
A structured, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and integrate traumatic memories that have become stuck. Rather than talking through trauma in detail, EMDR works by activating the memory while engaging bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements) allowing the nervous system to reprocess the experience so it loses its grip. It is particularly effective for PTSD, complex trauma, childhood abuse, sexual trauma, and other experiences that feel impossible to move past through talk alone.
-
A gentle but powerful body-based therapy that works by guiding you through a timeline of your own memories, helping your nervous system understand that the past is over and that you have survived it. It’s especially well suited to developmental and early childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and complex PTSD, including for people who find it difficult to access or talk about what happened to them.
Couples Therapy
Relationships are where some of our deepest stories get written and rewritten.
In couples work, I help partners slow down, hear each other more clearly, and understand the patterns that keep pulling them off course.
My approach draws on the Gottman Method, one of the most research-backed frameworks in couples therapy, which focuses on building friendship, managing conflict, and creating shared meaning rather than just putting out fires. I also bring in the work of Esther Perel, whose thinking on desire, betrayal, and the tension between security and freedom has shaped how I hold the complexity of long-term relationships.
For consensually non-monogamous and polyamorous partnerships, I recognize that the questions, challenges, and possibilities these partnerships bring are distinct, and deserve a therapist who understands them. I bring the same culturally attuned, LGBTQ+-affirming lens to every couple I work with.
Standard session: 50 mins | $250
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers something that individual work can't: the relief of being seen by people walking a similar path, and the chance to practice connection in real time.
I draw on several frameworks depending on the group's focus. For trauma groups, I work within a trauma-informed, phase-based model that prioritizes safety and stabilization before any deeper processing, so that the group feels like a container, not a pressure cooker.
For interpersonal and relational groups, I draw on Irvin Yalom's interpersonal process model, which understands the group dynamic itself as the engine of change: learning to relate, repair, and be honest with others in a supported setting carries directly into life outside the room. All groups are warm, structured, and trauma-informed and I usually collaborate with other facilitators.
Standard session: 90 mins | Costs vary on group sizes
