When organizations (documentary productions, acting schools, theatres, arts institutions) and individual artists invite people to share vulnerable personal material, they take on a responsibility. Most want to honor it. Many don't yet have the frameworks, protocols, or training to do so consistently.

That is where I come in.

I work with organizations and individuals to build the conditions for ethical practice: not as an add-on once problems arise, but as a planned, embedded part of how they work. I understand the pressures of production, the culture of rehearsal rooms, and the particular dynamics that arise when personal testimony becomes creative material.
